Common mistakes to avoid

• Paying ₹600 before checking that the lower-grade years and the CTC figure match the post. The fee is not refunded.
• Counting teaching or an articleship-style training period toward the 13, 17 or 21 years. The notice excludes internship, training, apprenticeship and teaching.
• Submitting as a serving Government or PSU employee without the through-proper-channel application, and without a plan to carry the No Objection Certificate to the interview. The notice prints both.
• Uploading a caste or EWS certificate that is not in the current-year format (2026-2027) where the notice requires that format, or a Doob Kshetra certificate not issued by the Special Land Acquisition Officer.

How Are Candidates Selected?

Selection has one printed merit stage.

1. Personal Interview. Marks in the interview are the basis for the final merit and for empanelment.
2. No candidate with overall marks below 50% is empanelled. Empanelment is in order of merit.
3. Appointment needs a medical fitness certificate from a practitioner or board approved by the company, or from the Chief Medical Officer or Civil Surgeon of a Government hospital. For a person appointed from Government or a public enterprise, the company may waive a fresh certificate if an earlier employment medical was done.
4. A selected candidate from a Government department, PSU or autonomous body must submit a relieving letter at joining.

No written exam, negative marking, or interview-call ratio is printed. Instruction 14 also uses the words “Group Discussion/Personal interview” for the photo-ID check. The Selection Process section does not describe a group discussion. The two lines are not the same. Confirm the call letter.
