What Is the Stipend? – IREL Tradesman Trainee 2026
During the one-year training period, selected candidates receive a consolidated stipend of ₹34,200 per month. HRA is paid at the rates applicable to the place of posting if company bachelor accommodation is not provided.
After successful completion of training and absorption into the regular cadre, the pay scale is W-3 grade ₹22,000–88,000. Approximate CTC after absorption is stated as around ₹6.5 lakh per annum (varies by location and allowances). Industrial Dearness Allowance, HRA, other allowances, PF, gratuity and pension benefits become applicable post-absorption as per company rules.
