What Is the Salary? – NHB Officer 2026

NHB states that it follows the IBA payscale applicable in public sector banks for the regular and deputation options.

Regular Assistant General Manager (Scale V): ₹1,20,940 – 3,360/2 – 1,27,660 – 3,680/2 – 1,35,020.

Regular Manager (Scale III): ₹85,920 – 2,680/5 – 99,320 – 2,980/2 – 1,05,280.

Besides that basic scale, the notice lists Bank accommodation or leased accommodation or HRA (subject to availability and Bank rules), medical / hospitalisation reimbursement, telephone / mobile charges, knowledge allowance, residential furnishing, conveyance allowance, housing loan, vehicle loan, festival advance, LTC, gratuity, leave encashment, and coverage under the National Pension System governed by PFRDA, as per rules in force.

• Treating 18 October 2026 as the eligibility date. Age, degree and experience stop on 01 September 2026.
