Assam’s polymer complex at Lepetkata is hiring shop-floor and support staff again. Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has issued Advt. No. BCPL-NE/06/2026 for 24 non-executive posts.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Filing two posts because you hold both a diploma and an ITI. BCPL will keep only the later form.
- Showing Act-apprentice or in-course industrial training as the two-year experience on a regular post.

How Are Candidates Selected?
Eligible applicants move to a further process that may be single-stage or multi-stage. If applications are heavy, BCPL can raise the eligibility cut and shortlist.

Appointment depends on fitness in the company proforma from a Central/State hospital, a BCPL-authorised hospital, or a Civil Surgeon. Service Conditions
Regular selectees serve one year on probation and draw the initial basic of S-5 or S-3. Pension is the Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, not the old pension.
