Higher Qualification / Experience Rules

Candidates working on a contractual basis on consolidated remuneration should be drawing CTC equivalent to the next lower pay scale for at least two years. Form 16, duly signed by an authorised officer, shall be required from candidates claiming such CTC, if applicable. The requirement of two years in the below pay scale shall not be applicable for candidates working in the same scale or above.
