• You meet the age and educational criteria as on 01 August 2026.
• You understand this is a fixed-term contract for 15 years or until age 60, reviewed every 5 years — not a permanent government job.
• You are comfortable with the remuneration (E-I scale ₹30,000–3%–₹1,20,000 plus company allowances).
• You can arrange all required documents, including the IAF discharge book with medical category, discharge date and character.
• You understand the posting location may be any PAN-India project site, not only Ghaziabad.
• You have read the 5-year review line. Renewal is not automatic.
