Can final-year students apply for this recruitment?
The notice requires the full qualification and specified experience (for example, 2 years post-master’s research for one Scientific Officer post). Final-year students who have not yet obtained the degree and experience are not eligible under the printed terms.
Is this Scientific Officer (D) post a permanent government job?
The posts at Sr. Nos. 1 to 5 are initially for three years, including one year of probation. Continuing appointment beyond three years is subject to a comprehensive review and performance appraisal; after successful review, the appointment continues till superannuation age of sixty. Work Assistant posts do not carry the same initial-term wording.
Can candidates from outside Maharashtra apply?
