What Is the Project Engineer Salary in Pune?

OFDR pays a year-wise basic plus Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) at the rate prevailing in Munitions India Limited. House Rent Allowance is paid as per city classification when a company quarter is not allotted.

Personnel are paid at 1/30th of basic plus DA for an 8-hour working day. EPF and coverage under the Employee Compensation Act apply. Bonus is payable only if the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 applies.

Selection is a chain of stages, not a single interview.

1. Shortlisting is based on marks in B.E./B.Tech, Diploma or B.Sc (Chemistry), using the preference order printed in the notice. OFDR may fix a cut-off so that enough candidates remain in competition.

Service Conditions
