What Is the Stipend? – NPCIL CA/CMA Intern 2026

At units, a single room or bare minimum accommodation is provided on payment of the normal licence fee. The ₹5,000 is instead of accommodation, not an extra on top of a free room.
Paid leave is 1 day a month, 12 days in a year. On extension, leave is 1 day a month pro rata. Absence beyond that leave means a proportionate stipend cut, and the trainee must still complete the duration for the certificate.
Working time is 8 hours a day in the general shift, including a 1-hour lunch break, 5 days a week. An institute exam, conference or seminar day counts as attendance if the institute certifies it and has consented.
Site transport is free, subject to availability. Only OPD and first aid are free. The notice says trainees get no other benefits. Injury during training is covered under the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923. Other labour-law provisions do not apply. Trainees are treated as trainees.

How Are Candidates Selected?
