What Is the Remuneration for Pharmacist and Executive Posts?

PMBI pays a consolidated monthly amount plus conveyance and telephone allowance. This is not Level-pay under the 7th Pay Commission. No HRA or DA is listed. PF, group mediclaim, term life and accidental cover are extra facilities “as per norms.”

Mediclaim is ₹10 lakh at GM/DGM level and ₹5 lakh on other listed posts. Term life and accidental cover are ₹10 lakh each. Gratuity is mentioned “as per rules.”

Proof bracket: In-hand is indicative. It assumes employee PF at about 12% of consolidated pay. Actual deduction follows PMBI PF rules and TDS on your total income. Except the listed allowances, the circular says the incumbent is not entitled to other perks.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

1. Emailing the form. The note rejects email and “any other format / mode” in one line.

How Are Candidates Selected?

Selection is a three-stage process. Marks or a written-exam weightage are not printed.

1. Initial screening of the hard-copy form against essential qualification, age and experience.
2. Written examination for screened candidates: English writing, subject knowledge for that post, and general knowledge. Date, venue and syllabus go by email. No conveyance is paid.
