What Is the Remuneration? – ONGC Assam Asset Consultant 2026
Associate Consultant (E4/E5, or E6 if required with consent): Total remuneration ₹66,000 per month (all inclusive) + up to ₹2,000 (maximum) for communication facilities.
Junior Consultant (up to E3): Total remuneration ₹40,000 per month (all inclusive) + up to ₹2,000 (maximum) for communication facilities.
The compensation package is inclusive of service tax, which is to be borne by the individual.
80% of the monthly honorarium, along with the reimbursement towards phone charges, is paid on a monthly basis. The remaining 20% of the monthly honorarium is paid after assessment of performance at the end of the engagement period and on completion of assigned tasks.
An annual increment of 5% on the monthly honorarium part only is given if the tenure is extended to the second year, subject to satisfactory performance.
In case of absenteeism, deduction at the rate of (Monthly Honorarium payable / Days of the respective month) per day applies for the entire period of absence.
No other benefits, allowances, facilities or incentives admissible to regular/tenure employees are available. Engaged personnel have no financial power and must make their own arrangements for stay in Assam Asset.
